Distance: ~19 km Time: 1:30 Ave HR: 150 Course: Pacific Spirit Park trails it’s been a while since I have ran there hands down my favorite spot to do the long runs. Knee felt good everything felt really good. Total week km: 54 km Year to date: 360 km

Intervals with VFAC. Beaver Lake loop. 1k: 3:14 2k: 6:42 2k: 6:47 1k: 3:08 Knee felt good I think this injury is almost behind me will see tommorrow. I think I can break 3:00 no problem next time we do this loop.

Distance: 10k 8x500m Didn’t feel great I think I am getting sick. Cut the caffeine intake, only had 1.5 cups today worried about my blood pressure. Did not bike commute today.

Same route as last week: Beach->Science World -> Cambie Bridge-> Return Distance: 13k Time: 53:53 AHR: 166 *Heart rate lower than last week by 3 beats. Felt good the whole way, did not feel the knee once. Bike commute: 1:10
