Why am I obsessed with a sub 33 10k ? I read that any male that trains properly and has average physiology and the proper body type can do it, I know my body type is getting there and I have had my physiology tested and know I am well above average, I am working on the training ie: doing intervals and tempos but when I look at it broken down into 400m intervals I am not sure I could ever get the legs moving that fast for that long…
