Top Ten Toughest Edurance Races. I really want to do the the Inca Trail Marathon.
Though it measures barely an ultramarathon, the Inca Trail through the Peruvian Andes to Machu Picchu is a helluva endurance challenge, if only for the outrageous trail conditions and mystical historical payoff. Be prepared to step […]

Rode to work and back. On the way home I extended, took a rip through Pacific on the Jake, then all the way home and around Stanley Park total ride time about 1:20 . Stretching and core workout also.

Distance: 14k / 10k @ T pace
Time: 55:17

Did the 10 around the seawall, was very windy once I passed under the Lions Gate bridge, made it hard to maintain pace. Saw quite a few VFAC runners doing their workout.

Did an easy 10k this morning on the trails in Stanley Park, felt a little stiff from the 400’s last night.
It smelt really good in the park, the cotton woods are starting to bud probably one of my favorite smells.
