Rode to work and back. On the way home I extended, took a rip through Pacific on the Jake, then all the way home and around Stanley Park total ride time about 1:20 . Stretching and core workout also.

Tempo Run

Distance: 14k / 10k @ T pace Time: 55:17 AHR: 172 Did the 10 around the seawall, was very windy once I passed under the Lions Gate bridge, made it hard to maintain pace. Saw quite a few VFAC runners doing their workout.
