Track workout with VFAC.
5 X 400 first 400 warm up at 72 then 65,64,66,67.
Last interval I was full of lactic acid, it was a good workout though, I was able to run with a couple guys who are faster than me on the track so it was fun trying to chase them down the last 80 meters.
