I did some core and stretching in the AM. Then I took the Jake out in the afternoon did a lap around Stanley Park then banged around the interior trails for an hour. Normally the trails in Stanley Park would be very boring on mountain bike but on a Cyclocross you can really get some speed going so a moderate groomed trail becomes a little challenging.
