I am taking a break from the track will go every second week and fulltime after June 11, I need to build strength and endurance now for the Half Knacker and Seek the Peak.
So I hit the Grouse Grind, the first Grind of the year is always painfull so I just power walked it.
My time was 35:08 with a 173 ave HR not bad I guess for no running. Went home quickly after the Grind got on the bike and spinned for just over 2 hrs, I was wiped had a nap after.
