Distance: 17k Time: 1:17 I did the long run on the trails in Pacific Spirit Park, I felt a little stiff from yesturday. Tommorrow will be a complete rest day, only one week until the Sun Run.

Long Intervals

Long interval session with VFAC on the trails in Stanley Park. 1 x 5.2k (18:16) 1 x 2.6k (8:47) Legs felt very heavy not the greatest workout, I am taking today completely off no running/biking, so I am ready for the track tommorrow.
