Watched the marathon in morning, while watching I concluded I am actually scared to run another they are brutal.
15k hilly run in in the AM.
PM 1:45 cycle low HR 135.
My back still hurts mostly when running downhill, I will have to goto physio/massage next week.
I have to increase the volume next week reasons:
1) Hopefully drop 5 pounds in three weeks, I have dropped 5 in a week so this will not be hard (along with dropping the junk out of the diet)
2) My endurance sucks I cannot remember it being this bad maybe in my first year, might have to do with the anemia, still I think it has alot to do with the low volume.
3) I want to destory my Half Knacker time from the previous year which won’t be hard due to 10-15 pound weight loss, but I want to really tear a big strip off of it like at least 5-10 minutes.
