Core work in the AM. Bike commuted but extended the way home out to West Van total ride time 1.5hrs. Not sure if I will goto VFAC intervals tommorrow they are doing 1 5/8.

Watched the marathon in morning, while watching I concluded I am actually scared to run another they are brutal. 15k hilly run in in the AM. PM 1:45 cycle low HR 135.
