50 min easy run in Stanley. I was supposed to do a 14km tempo but I felt much to sore, plus Friday I am running the Post to Post 10k which will be more or less a Tempo workout. I also did a 10 minute Core workout after. The next 2 days will be full recovery I did 4 very hard workouts last week and I think it has taken it’s toll.
