Cycle : 1:10 Last hilly run/workout before the Grouse Mountain Run 5 hill repeats (4 chickadees and 1 pipeline) 4 flat sprints ~ 200-300m. Legs felt a little fatigued from all the hiking, cold is almost gone.

Saturday hiked Squamish Chief (2nd peak) with sister and her husband. Wore a heavy pack so was a decent workout. Sunday hiked Hollyburn Mountain wore a heavy/weighted pack again, we took the technical/short cut backside route up, legs were sore after.
