Another really good workout with VFAC.
We did the 1 7/8 mile (2.86 k) roller loop starting by the pedestrian bridge (Lake trail) hit 10:08, 10:10 felt like I could do another at that pace so I am feeling pretty strong. I think I need new flats though felt like I was running in bare feet.
