Hill Reapts +Flat Sprints

5 x 500m hills then cooled down a few minutes then did 4 x 30-40 second sprint/surges on the flats.
Definately got the lactic flowing.

Supposed to do a 1;45 minute long run, cut it short due to pouring ran, 1:20 fairly hilly.
Legs felt good, lower back a little stiff from the grind.

Grouse Grind

Breaking from the track for a few weeks, hit the Grind for todays workout.
Late start = slowish time due to the large number of weekend warriors and tourists.
32:47 felt good legs are solid.
