I feel fat. This was the Canadian Thanksgiving long weekend. I gorged myself like a bear preparing for hibernation. I put on a couple pounds.
Anyways still manged to get a few runs in.
Sat: Fartlek 2 x 1k then surged the hills, followed by 2 x 15 sec and 1 x 30 sec flat sprints.
Sun: 1:18 easy/fairly hilly.
Mon: 58 minutes easy.
