Saturday easy run 1:01
Sunday Long Hilly 2hrs this was kind of hard, looking back on my training log this was only my 3rd run in the 2hr range this year! Slowly building upto 3hrs. Next week another 2hr then 2:15 etc… Legs feel strong.
Going to have to buy some trainers though been using lightweight trainers and flats which are not suitable for the weekly long stuff.
