Cycle 1:10 Easy flat run 1:19 a little tired. Pretty cool running around false creek alot of boats have the xmas lights up.

Saturday 54 minutes Sunday Long hilly 2:01 lower back a little tweaked.

Bike commtue 1:10 easy run 35 ran with the Tara, I am a little jealous of her natural running ability. She kicked the last 1k was quite a fast pace.

Cycle 1:10 kind of a hard commute had alot of crap to carry. Run: 51:30 flat and easy.

Slow and easy, 1:14 ran on a new pair of Mizuno Wave Riders 8 felt good.

Nice easy run through stanley trails. The trees still had a light snow cover kind of cool. I will take tommorrow off, feeling very burnt out might be getting sick.

Ran to work again this AM. Tough run very chilly and icy in spots. Interesting thing happened though I had my head down watching for ice while making the slow climb up Marine Drive and a coyote ran across my path quite close was kind of freaky. The very freaky thing was I was questioning [...]
