Bike commute. 1:10 Brutal ride home very heavy rain and strong winds.
No run tonight because of the weather, the brutal ride home was enough of a workout.

I can hardly believe it but I saw the sun today, I guess I can skip the vitamin D supplementation.
Bike commute : 1:10 went hard today some dude tried to smoke me so I stepped and broke him.
Run: 53:30 first 28 minutes with Tara.

Saturday decided to mix it up and went for a snowshoe up to Dam Mountain, this was only my second time snowshoeing quite the workout. Sections of this trail were quite steep forcing you to put all your weight on your toes giving the calves a bit if a burn.

First tempo run in almost 3 months. Felt Ok I experimented with the high turn over, shorter stride technique.

Low mileage week was busy. Legs feel Ok might start tempos next week.

Missed posting my workouts the last few days.
I did fall quite hard on my finger tried to minimize my typing time.
Tuesdat: Easy 1:00
Thursday: OFF had to work late a little tired first day off since Dec 28th.
Friday: easy 1:04
Saturday: easy 1:05
Sunday: Long Run: 2:01.
Feeling OK left calve a little tight. The base training continues.
