2006 Goals

1) Run Faster.
2) Lose 10 pounds.
3) Run higher mileage (this will aid in goals 1 and 2).
4)Stay injury free (will be interesting to see what happens with goal 3)
5) Run a half marathon, Marathon, Grouse mountain run, half knacker, 10ks etc.

No time goals just train hard see what happens.
