Missed posting my workouts the last few days.
I did fall quite hard on my finger tried to minimize my typing time.
Tuesdat: Easy 1:00
Thursday: OFF had to work late a little tired first day off since Dec 28th.
Friday: easy 1:04
Saturday: easy 1:05
Sunday: Long Run: 2:01.
Feeling OK left calve a little tight. The base training continues.
