I entered the KneeKnacker lottery last night. I did this for 2 reasons this:
1) It will force me to build the miles to increase aerobic capacity and continue with the strength building for my end goal a big drop in my Grouse Mountain Run time.
2) I raced the Kneeknacker 2 years ago pretty much on my 2 year anniversary of running. I had a pretty decent time of 5:32 good enough for 6th overall. I am confident I will shatter this PB. I have lost a lot of weight and logged alot of miles since then, plus a major key factor I know how to suffer at a whole other level.
Anyways it is a lottery so I may not even get in, keep the fingers crossed.
