The day started of with a crappy bike commute in the rain. The ride home was beautiful though. I was planning on taking the night off from running but I just had to get out for some more miles.

Easy Run 53 minutes
Have to take it easy tommorrow racing the Spring Ahead 10k on Sunday.

500m Intervals in Pissing Rain

Bike commute 1:10 .
I hated tonights workout.
1) I am tired 10th day of running
2) Pissing rain.
3) Tara was LATE!!! would have been nice if we left earlier.
4) I’m jealous Tara’s getting so good.
5×500m with 60 second rest. 1:30-1:37 total shit.

I am finding these Tempo runs quite difficult, especially after riding home.
I cut this short due to the fact I am racing this weekend.
8k @ Tempo pace 11k total.

Long Hilly Run 2:00

Hard run a little sore from yesturdays workouts.
I feel like I have a lower abdominal strain. This occured snowboarding but seems to be lingering, it hurts when running downhill.
