Vancouver Sun Run 10k, April 27
5 Peaks - Golden Ears ,14k (trail) May 13
Iron Knee 25k(trail), May 27
Seek the Peak, 16k (trail almost all ascending!)June 10
Kneeknacker 48k (trail), July 8
Gouse Mountain Run, September 26
Fall marathon either Victoria or Portland.
I said I would not run another ultra, but I am going to do the high mileage base thing starting in May, with hopes of having a huge PB in the Grouse Mountain Run and also run a Fall Marathon. The training for the Kneeknacker will be almost all pure strength endurance if I build some speed on top of that I should be able to have a decent Fall marathon. Plus I will be able to shed a lot of weight because we all know “The Lean Wolf Leads The Pack”.
