2 x 3 km rolling hill loop on the Stanley Park Trails (starting at the teahouse) .
10:28, 10:31 decent workout can only get better.

Good thing tommorrows Friday because I am feeling cooked.
Cycle: 1:10
Run: 48 minutes 25 @ Tempo.
Strength: Lunges 8 flights, wobble board squats (3 x 30 seconds), 1 legged cross over squats 2 x 15.

Stumpled upon this Blog http://bostondiet.blogspot.com/ while googling the Kneeknacker, read his about section pretty amazing. This really makes me want to lose the last 10 pounds that are holding me back.
Todays workout same old Bike 1:10 / Easy Run 55:00, the engine building continues.
