No cycling this week, cycling shoes were at the cobblers.

Tue: Run 55:00 / 8 x Hill Repeats 1:30 min up
Wed: Run 57:00
Thu: Run 50:00 / 4 X Hill Repeats 3:00 up
Fri: OFF
Sat: OFF
Sun: Race – Ironknee (Formerly the Half Knacker) 25k trail run./ 4000ft of ascending. One of my favorite trail races it is a challenging distance and usually competitive. I had a good race, my time improved slightly over last year and the conditions seemed a little worse(wet) last year was dry.
I am heading in the right direction 2 hard strength days and I was able to race decently. The legs feel great I wonder if it is my post race supplement routine…
