Kneeknacker Training Week 10 (June 26 - July 2)

This was the worst week of training yet. A forced taper to say the least. I think my right foot (toe) injury has led to a severe overuse injury on my interior lower left shin/tibia. It feels like a very bad shin splint or possible stress fracture. I am going to seek medical attention tommorrow. I have not run since last Thursday, I think there is a 50/50 chance I will run on Sat. I am pissed so many hard long runs for nothing.

Mon: OFF
Tue: 33:55 / Grouse Grind decent time did a 15 minute warmup run before.
Wed: Bike 1:00
Thu: Bike 1:15 / Run 1:01
Fri: Bike 1:10
Sat: Bike 1:50 with Tara in the Harrison Lake area. Beatutiful ride through the country side. One of the best areas for road bike training, the back roads have very little traffic.
Sun: Bike 3:00 another ride through the Harrison / Agissiz area amazing. Do other people know how awsome this area is for cycling?
