Mon-Fri Bike commute 6:00 hours total.
Tues: 35 minutes 5 minutes at threshold. This was the first time running at a fast pace in over 3 months, it was a shock to the system to say the least. The inside of the tibia was a little tender the next day.
Thurs: 37 minutes last 1k hardish surged up the short hill from lost lagoon to the tennis court parking lot.
Sat: Easy run 38 minutes.
Sun: Easy run 40 minutes.
I had a weigh in this weekend. I know I was feeling heavy maybe around 10 pounds over and I was bang on in my guess 160 on the nose. When I am training hard I am usually around 150, the lightest I have ever reached is 148 which is probably ideal for my 6 foot frame, still not the ideal 2 pounds per inch but I don’t think I can drop that low…
Tara has started running I better pick it up or else she will be kicking my ass in a few months.
