The leg seems to be flairing up again.

Here is this weeks training.
Mon-Fri Bike commuted total 6 hours.
Tues: 38 minutes easy run.
Thur: 40 minutes 2k at tempo, 2 x 100m stides
Sat: 38 minutes easy. The inner tibia was tender after.
Sun: OFF. I will not gain any real fitness from a 40 minute run so I took it off to rest my leg.
