Well I am officially training again. I have a snowshoe race on the 20th so I have to gain a little bit of fitness and shed some lbs before then.

*This was a killer workout there was 30cm of fresh snow on a very steep climb. My heart rate was quite high considering I was barely moving. Shows how you can get an amazing workout from snowshoe running.
