Week two of training was pretty low key. It snowed in Vancouver so I missed one workout because of ice.

This was with the Grouse Mountain Snowshoe clinic. My first time snowshoeing at night very surreal. Tough workout we went hard upto the peak of Dam Mountain.

Good run, probably my longest run in 7 months. Finished the last 20 minutes at a harder pace.
