The last week was filled with crap weather which meant a couple of missed workouts. I also conclude I am fat. I still have not lost the pounds I put on during the holiday break. The scale says 161 I feel soft.

Amazing day it was sunny and dry. Cody and I blasted up Hollyburn with Kendra’s Chow dog “Bella”. She was slow on the up but speedy on the down probably her first time getting real excercise.
