This week was painful. It was fine until Wednesday when I started feeling a cramping in my right leg. Basically the whole upper leg feels like a “charlie horse”. I can run but it hurts. I finished the week and will take Monday completely off and not ride on Tuesday…
…
You think you have good endurance? You are nothing compareds to Colin Angus. I saw him speak at the VIMFF and present his film on his human powered circumnavigation of the planet (he was the first person to do this). He rode his bike, xc skiied, hiked and rowed his way across the planet. The quest took him 2 years which included 5 months of rowing across the Atlantic with his girlfriend! If you ever get the chance to see him speak go it is very motivational. His new book “Beyond the Horizon” looks like a good read and I plan on getting it.
Anyways this week I could barely manage a 1:10 minute run so I am not really planning an epic adventure like Colin’s right now.
Here is this weeks training:

This run was painful. I wonder if someone broke into the apartment in the middle of the night and beat my leg with a hammer. Upper body was a little stiff from climbing the night before.
