Training sort of. Still recovering from my slow climb out of the injury/dead leg hole. I was reading IMPACT magazine and they had a section and body weight and race performance. They mentioned that if you are carrying over 7% of your “race weight” you are at higher risk of injuries… well I am in that range right now.
