My name is Scott McMillan I am a distance runner/cyclist from Vancouver, BC. Back in July, 2002 I had my first fix of endurance training via running, at first I hated it, but within a few weeks I became an addict. I use this site to track my progress… while preparing for various races ranging from 10k to ultra distance.
