Very, very windy. The ride home was brutal litterally had to lean into the wind once I crossed over to English Bay. Did a short run in Coal Harbour to shelter myself from the wind.

Burrr Cold (Cycle/Run)

It was a cold one today. Very rare for it to dip below 0c here in Van. I have totally lost my Sask hardening, -2C is like tropical weather there.
Todays workout:

Run: 48 minutes, a sort of Fartlek 10 minute, and a couple 2 minutes hard.
